Description

• Manage all phases of custom home construction projects, from pre-construction to final completion.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and maintain quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
