Project Manager - Multifamily

Description

• Oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation accurately.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Communicate project updates to clients and senior management effectively.

Profile

• 5+ years of construction management experience, including multifamily projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
