Project Manager - Multifamily
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of a large-scale multifamily project. This role offers the chance to lead a high-profile development and advance your career in a growing sector.

Description
- Oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation accurately.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Communicate project updates to clients and senior management effectively.

Profile
- 5+ years of construction management experience, including multifamily projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
Job Offer
