My client is a rapidly growing real estate development and construction firm specializing in innovative and design-forward multifamily projects across Los Angeles. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the execution of ground-up multifamily developments.
Description
Key Responsibilities for Project Engineer - Multifamily Construction in Los Angeles
Support project managers and superintendents in day-to-day construction operations
Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and installations
Assist in maintaining project schedules and budgets
Conduct site walks and inspections as needed
Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure and code compliance
Help drive safety, quality, and compliance across the site
Profile
A successful Candidate for Project Engineer - Multifamily Construction in Los Angeles
- 2+ years with proven building and construction experience.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Job Offer
