Description
Looking for seasoned construction professionals with a proven track record in managing high-rise multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading large-scale developments from pre-construction through closeout, with an emphasis on safety, quality, scheduling, and budget management.
Profile
10-15 years of experience in the construction industry
- Experience in $200M+ Multifamily High rises (30 stories +)
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Expertise in scheduling, budgeting, contract negotiation, and client relations
Deep understanding of construction best practices, safety protocols, and building codes
