Superintendent II - Retail - Knoxville
Manage ground up construction projects for the retail sector specializing in small to medium scale. Work with subcontractors within the Knoxville area & help finish projects on time and under budget.
Client Details
Knoxville based contractor specialising in mid sized commercial construction within the Knoxville area. Quality and hard work are at the top of this contractors priorities & has landed them a large pipeline of projects. They are currently looking for more growth in the retail space hence is why they are hiring for a superintendent with experience in this sector.
Description
- Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
- Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
- Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
- Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
- Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
- Maintain OSHA requirements
- Mentor less experienced construction professionals
- Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
- Utilize Procore
Profile
- Ground Up Commercial construction Project Experience
- Technical Savvy individual - Procore experience is a huge plus
- Strong Reputation for working well with Subcontractors
- Ability to create strong relationships with clients
