Project Executive | Science/Technology
This role will oversee the pursuit, planning, execution, and delivery of industrial construction projects with a focus on science and technology applications. This role involves managing specialized facilities such as high-tech manufacturing plants, laboratories, or biotech production sites with cleanrooms, R&D labs, or advanced manufacturing lines, integrating cutting-edge systems.

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Project Pursuits: Drive responses to RFPs, develop bidding strategies, and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage Preconstruction & Design: Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessments; collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure technical precision.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary client-facing leader, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Delivery Oversight: Guide teams through execution phases, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, support growth strategies, and help expand the science and technology sector.
- Team Leadership: Mentor project managers and staff, promote collaboration, and maintain accountability for project outcomes.
Profile
- 10+ years of construction management experience, including 5+ years leading science and technology projects.
- Strong knowledge of design-build delivery methods and advanced technical systems (MEP, cleanroom standards, etc.).
- Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, MS Project) and BIM.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications (PMP, LEED AP) preferred.
