Description

• Oversee all day‑to‑day onsite construction activities from groundbreaking to turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, enforce schedule adherence, and drive quality execution.
• Maintain strict site safety standards and conduct regular inspections.
• Review and validate plans, drawings, RFIs, and change orders.
• Collaborate with project managers on scheduling, sequencing, and cost tracking.
• Proactively identify construction challenges and implement timely solutions.
• Ensure craftsmanship meets premium multifamily specifications.
• Deliver projects on schedule while fostering a professional, high‑performance jobsite culture.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience supervising ground‑up multifamily or commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage large subcontractor teams and complex schedules.
• Expert knowledge of building systems, code compliance, and construction best practices.
• Strong communication skills and a leadership style that inspires trust and accountability.
• A safety‑first mindset and mastery of field operations software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
• Solutions‑oriented, decisive, and highly organized under pressure.
