Serving the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas, they are known for their commitment to professionalism, detail, and integrity. The company is on an exciting growth trajectory, planning to expand into the Richmond and Baltimore markets within the next 3-5 years. With a tight-knit team of 30 and a culture rooted in respect, collaboration, and health, they are looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to support their Project Managers and Field Teams in the field.

Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare Projects - Northern VA will have the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of hospital renovation projects, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and meet all safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, clients, and field teams.
- Provide support to the Project Manager in managing project schedules, budgets, and overall operations.
- Occasionally travel to project sites, including a project in Fredericksburg, VA (2-3 visits per month).
- Help ensure adherence to company core values, including maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and mindfulness when working in sensitive healthcare environments.
Profile
The Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare Projects - Northern VA will have the following qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in project management or assistant project management, ideally within healthcare construction or interior renovations of occupied spaces.
- Previous experience with shorter-duration projects is preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in an active hospital setting, with a focus on safety and minimizing disruption to hospital operations.
- Ability to travel to project sites, including Fredericksburg, VA.
Job Offer
The Assistant Project Manager - Healthcare Projects - Northern VA will receive the following:
- Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 annually
- Health Insurance: 54% employer contribution for health coverage, with the option to cover dependents. Dental and vision coverage are available, but not included.
- HSA: Eligible from day 1 with contributions of $2,500 for individuals and $5,000 for families.
- 401K: Employer match program.
- PTO: 2 weeks paid time off and 7 paid holidays per year.
- Mileage Reimbursement for travel to job sites.
- Flexible work environment with the option for hybrid work after proving self-sufficiency.
