Program Manager lll - Aerospace & Defense - Exeter, NH
The Program Manager III is responsible for driving the successful execution of complex programs from start to finish. This role oversees cross-functional coordination, customer communication, schedule management, and risk mitigation while aligning program objectives to business goals.

Description
The Program Manager lll will:
- Define program strategies and objectives that meet contractual and customer requirements
- Lead customer communication efforts and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure projects meet cost, schedule, and quality goals
- Oversee project risk management and develop mitigation plans
- Coordinate with functional project managers and stakeholders to maintain alignment
- Track program milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics
- Lead program meetings and provide accurate status updates to leadership and customers
- Support continuous improvement and program delivery processes

Profile
A successful Program Manager lll should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience required
- OR 9+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- OR 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree
- Previous experience in program or project management within a technical, engineering, or manufacturing environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders
