Description

The Senior Superintendent will:

• Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues promptly.
• Lead and mentor the on-site construction team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the project management team to address challenges and achieve project goals.
