Description

  • Manage all aspects of commercial tenant improvement projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders for future opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations.

Job Requirements:
