Description
- Manage all aspects of commercial tenant improvement projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders for future opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations.
