Description

The successful Construction Manager will:

• Act as the owner's representative, coordinating between developers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead on-site teams and ensure compliance with safety and building standards.
• Communicate progress and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Oversee site preparation and development activities to achieve 'pad ready' status, including grading, utilities installation, and infrastructure work.
• Secure necessary permits and ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Address compliance issues during the project lifecycle.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations. Conduct safety audits and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of construction progress, budgets, and contracts. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status.

Profile

The successful Project Manager will have the following:

• 7+ year's experience in Construction Management
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Utilities or Civil Construction experience required
• OSHA certification preferred
• Project management software proficient
• Effective communication skills to interface with both clients and field staff
