Description
The Super will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and coordinating construction drawings
- Supervising all construction activities on the project site
- Completing all required weekly documents
- Attending weekly job meetings with the team and clients
- Maintaining strict quality controls and performing regular quality inspections to ensure the final work product meets the highest quality standards
- Maintaining schedule and job site safety to ensure timely project completion
- Ensuring specified and approved products are being installed properly
- Monitoring daily project compliance with contract documents and safety regulations
- Managing project closeouts, including punch lists and final documentation
- Scheduling and coordinating all inspections, permits, sign-offs, and requests with local authorities
- Promoting teamwork by exhibiting dependability, responsibility, loyalty, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Profile
The successful candidate has:
- 3+ years as a superintendent leading ground up projects with a GC
- OSHA 30 - is a must (& within the last 5 years)
- Certificate - army core quality control (is a plus)
- MEP knowledge (is a plus)
- Smaller project (marginal pharmacy unit) - this person needs to be knowledgeable in MEP
- Larger project (Ground up) - this person needs to know every trade out there
