Description
The Program Manager will be responsible for:
- Drive internal teams through dotted-line leadership, ensuring the right resources are assigned to meet program goals, budgets, and timelines while acting as the key liaison across departments and with senior leadership.
- Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, risk mitigation plans, and schedules by collaborating with global engineering teams and external partners; proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
- Regularly publish progress reports, escalate challenges early, track risks and action items, and keep all stakeholders informed to maintain project momentum and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee procurement of materials, supplies, and services necessary to keep projects on track; delegate and manage tasks effectively to drive execution, control costs, and minimize risks.
- Lead validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ/MVP/TMV), drive process improvements, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate training and manufacturing readiness to support successful project launches.
Profile
The successful Program Manager will have a background or experience as follows:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical field with a Bachelor's degree (or 3+ years with a Master's degree), leading manufacturing launches and transfer projects in an operations environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive project management activities, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, both written and verbally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data-driven approaches to identify solutions, resolve conflicts, and facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project and PowerPoint, with a track record of delivering clear, compelling project presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, including international trips, to support project launches, team alignment, and customer engagement.
