Description

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all project sites.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
• Manage procurement processes and ensure the timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with clients to meet project requirements and expectations.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Commercial should have:
