Project Manager - K-12 Ground-Up Construction
A well-established General Contractor in the Fort Lauderdale area is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep experience in ground-up K-12 school construction. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful public-sector projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Description
Manage full lifecycle of K-12 school projects, from preconstruction to closeout
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and school boards
Oversee site teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and change orders
Ensure compliance with state education requirements and local codes
Lead progress meetings, inspections, and project documentation
Profile
7+ years of project management experience with a focus on ground-up K-12 projects
Strong knowledge of Florida school construction standards and DSA/DOE requirements
Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar education builds on time and on budget
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, and other PM tools
