Description

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and closeout of commercial and multifamily construction projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to align scope and quality expectations.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor construction progress and quality through regular site visits and inspections.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and financials clearly to owners and stakeholders.

Profile

• 3+ years experience of leading commercial or multifamily construction projects
• Track record of leading projects valued at $5M+
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be the main point of contact for key clientele
• Knowledge of relevant construction softwares
• Familiarity with preconstruction concepts

Job Offer
