Superintendent II

Looking for an experienced client-facing Superintendent II to join one of the most well-established general contractors in Indiana. Projects span across healthcare, commercial, manufacturing, higher education, and pharma through Indiana averaging over $40M per project.

Client Details

Our client has over $300M in annual revenue with large diverse projects. They are a top Midwest ENR GC firm winning GC of the Year and Best Places to Work. They have a strong pipeline in healthcare and university projects. They are looking for someone who is seeking career growth and the ability to be the face of some projects as a super.

Description

• Manage subcontractors and field personnel
• Manage schedules
• QA/QC
• Meet with clients, architects, and the design team
• Ensure projects stay within labor budget
• Attend OAC meetings
• Travel around metro Indy
• Create 3-6 week look ahead

Profile

• 15 years of experience (maximum)
• Experience as a lead super on projects from $20- $50M
• Ground up and renovation experience
• Tech savvy
• Scheduling experience (3-6 week look ahead)
• Understands critical path forward
• Bachelor in Construction Management or similar (highly desirable)
• MEP experience (highly desirable)
• Experience in occupied spaces

Job Offer

• Base salary ($110,000 - $130,000) dependent on experience
