Project Manager
Seeking a dedicated Project Manager with a strong background in Property and Construction for a highly rewarding role in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Description
- Plan, initiate, and manage construction projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Oversee the project's progress to ensure it's according to the plan
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A degree in Property, Construction or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the property and construction industry
- Multifamily and commercial building experience
- Track record of longevity and advancement in previous roles
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate and lead teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Job Offer
