Seeking a dedicated Project Manager with a strong background in Property and Construction for a highly rewarding role in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Description

  • Plan, initiate, and manage construction projects
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Oversee the project's progress to ensure it's according to the plan
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in Property, Construction or related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the property and construction industry
  • Multifamily and commercial building experience
  • Track record of longevity and advancement in previous roles
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate and lead teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
