Description
The Project Manager will:
Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Manage and negotiate contracts, change orders, and procurement of materials.
Conduct site inspections to assess progress and identify potential issues.
Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to all parties involved.
Resolve project-related conflicts and challenges in a proactive manner.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, and permits.
Profile
The successful Project Manager will have:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
OSHA certification and PMP certification are a plus.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
