Description
- Develop and qualify new molds and machines.
- Create process windows and approve changes.
- Troubleshoot major molding issues beyond technician level.
- Collaborate with production control and train technicians

Profile
A successful Process Engineer should have:
- BS in Plastics Engineering or related field.
- 4-6 years of plastic processing experience in molding operations.
- Strong mechanical and process knowledge, GD&T proficiency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
