VP, IT Audit

Assist with the evolving risk-based audit program, document and execute test tests and work papers for both IT and integrated audits. Client Details

Description

• Execute all phases of high value IT audits, identify risks, assess mitigating controls, determine 'root causes' and make value-add recommendations
• Stay abreast of industry IT trends to identify potential issues and risks
• Prepare draft written audit reports and other presentations for review and approval by leadership
• Contribute to the updating of auditable entity risk assessments
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders

Profile

• 5+ years of IT Audit experience within Financial Services or public accounting
• A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business or Information Systems related areas
• Experience in information technology risk and control areas including logical and physical security, system development life-cycle, change management, IT operations, business continuity management and infrastructure
• Knowledge and experience utilizing relevant industry frameworks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
