VP, IT Audit
Assist with the evolving risk-based audit program, document and execute test tests and work papers for both IT and integrated audits. Client Details
A multinational, New York-based private and commercial bank.
Description
- Execute all phases of high value IT audits, identify risks, assess mitigating controls, determine 'root causes' and make value-add recommendations
- Stay abreast of industry IT trends to identify potential issues and risks
- Prepare draft written audit reports and other presentations for review and approval by leadership
- Contribute to the updating of auditable entity risk assessments
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders
Profile
- 5+ years of IT Audit experience within Financial Services or public accounting
- A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business or Information Systems related areas
- Experience in information technology risk and control areas including logical and physical security, system development life-cycle, change management, IT operations, business continuity management and infrastructure
- Knowledge and experience utilizing relevant industry frameworks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
