Description

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on construction sites in Charlotte, NC.
• Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders as required.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures on the construction site.
• Resolve any on-site challenges to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Profile

• A successful Superintendent should have:
• 5+ years of superintendent experience
• Background in large healthcare or higher-ed builds
• Strong field leadership and communication skills
• Experience with top-tier commercial contractors preferred
