The Luxury Home Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of custom home construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Description

• Manage day-to-day onsite operations for custom luxury home builds

• Lead scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control

• Interpret architectural plans, engineering reports, and design specifications

• Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety standards, and permitting requirements

• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, providing clear updates and maintaining strong client relationships

• Proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid delays or cost overruns

• Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure all punch list items are completed to exacting standards

Profile

• 7+ years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects

• Deep understanding of the luxury custom home building process

• Strong knowledge of South Florida building codes and permitting processes

• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets effectively

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills

• High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship

• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, or similar)

• Florida General Contractor license or similar credential is a plus
