SCA Project Manager CONSTRUCTION
- Execute specific tasks within projects, including drafting communications, systems build-out and testing, and creating project evaluation and presentation materials.
- MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL/SCA/School project experience
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, providing a clear historical record of decisions, systems, procedures and communications involved in each project's completion

- Projects include interiors on Schools (SCA), MTA, Housing (tenant in place rehab work/occupied space on affordable housing, etc.) - NO ground up, private, and government agency.
- Approx. 40-50 employees (3-4 Supers, 7 people in management)
- Projects ranging from $500K - $25M
Description
Plans, organizes, and participates in the coordination, development and implementation of projects, programs and strategic initiatives to meet strategic goals. Provides management support to leadership. Works closely with leadership to ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives.
Profile
Hard working, driven, career oriented, and a team leader.
Should have a degree in construction management, civil engineering or related to those. Experience needed with Procore & Bluebeam.
