Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee the construction of retail spaces, with a strong focus on grocery store builds and renovations. Description

• Manage all aspects of retail construction projects, from initial planning and design coordination to project completion.

• Lead the project team, including subcontractors, architects, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.

• Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and client specifications.

• Coordinate with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage procurement and subcontractor negotiations, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions.

• Monitor construction progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Review and approve project invoices, change orders, and other project documentation to ensure accuracy.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail construction project management, with a preference for grocery store or supermarket builds. You will possess excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
