Description
Oversee construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Manage financial aspects, including contracts and project expenses.
Conduct regular site visits and safety inspections.
Hold weekly progress meetings with stakeholders.
Implement quality control and ensure compliance with regulations.
Profile
10+ years of construction management experience.
Proven track record managing commercial projects ($1M-$25M).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in construction scheduling and budgeting.
Experience with Procore (preferred but not required).
