Our client is a well-established, multi‑disciplinary contractor known for its commitment to innovation, high-quality project delivery, and long-term partnerships across commercial, industrial, and specialty sectors. They invest heavily in their people, technology, and processes to ensure they remain at the forefront of modern construction methods.Description
- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project standards.
- Support preconstruction and operations teams with clash detection, 4D/5D modeling, and coordination workflows.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to resolve design issues and enhance constructability.
- Implement, update, and enforce BIM/VDC standards, templates, and best practices across the organization.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to optimize digital construction capabilities (e.g., reality capture, model-based workflows).
Profile
- 3-7 years of BIM/VDC experience within construction, engineering, or specialty contracting environments.
- Proficient in software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and additional tools like Synchro, BIM 360, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven ability to problem-solve, manage deadlines, and drive coordination on complex projects.
- Passion for innovation, process improvement, and adopting new technologies.
