The Construction PM - Class A / Interiors will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Description

  • Manage all aspects of Class A and interiors construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues or risks promptly.

Below are the key requirements for this role:
Experience & Background

Proven track record of managing Class A and interiors construction projects, preferably in commercial office spaces, luxury interiors, or high-end tenant improvements.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on interiors and Class A environments.
Experience working with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts accurately.
Familiarity with construction materials, finishes, and interior design elements for Class A spaces.

Project Management Skills

Expertise in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and efficiency.
