Field Supervisor - Custom Homes

We are seeking a Field Supervisor to support the on-site execution of high-end luxury residential and custom home projects throughout Miami, Florida. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction professional with 2-3 years of field experience looking to grow within the luxury homebuilding market.

Description

• Assist the Superintendent and Project Manager with daily on-site operations.

• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure work is completed per plans, schedule, and quality standards.

• Monitor jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and OSHA standards.

• Review drawings and specifications to help identify and resolve field issues.

• Track daily progress and help maintain short-term schedules and punch lists.

• Ensure luxury finishes and details meet client and architect expectations.

• Support inspections, walkthroughs, and project closeout activities.

Profile

• 2-3 years of experience working on luxury residential or custom home projects in Florida.

• Exposure to high-end finishes, custom details, and quality-focused construction.

• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.

• Eagerness to grow into a Superintendent or Project Management role over time.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
