Field Supervisor - Custom Homes

The Field Supervisor will support the day-to-day construction activities on high-end, ground-up custom home projects throughout Miami. This role is ideal for a motivated construction professional with hands-on field experience who wants to grow within the luxury residential market.

Our client is a well-established luxury residential general contractor specializing in bespoke custom homes across South Florida. Known for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and long-term relationships with elite architects and designers, they deliver some of the region's most high-profile private residences.

Description

• Assist in supervising daily field operations on luxury custom home projects

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries

• Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite at all times

• Support scheduling and sequencing of trades to meet project milestones

• Perform regular walkthroughs and assist with inspections and punch lists

• Communicate progress and field conditions to the Project Manager and Superintendent

Profile

• Approximately 3 years of experience in residential construction, ideally custom or luxury homes

• Familiarity with South Florida construction practices and local subcontractors

• Strong understanding of construction drawings and field coordination

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and advance

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset

• Background working for a GC or residential builder preferred
