We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join a leading construction team in Manhattan. This role will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Description

• Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues.
• Collaborate with project managers to align on schedules, budgets, and project goals.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently to avoid project delays.
• Foster a safe and productive work environment for all team members.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:
