Superintendent - Impactful Commercial & K‑12 Builds

This role oversees day‑to‑day operations on commercial and K‑12 construction projects across the DC Metro area, managing schedules, subcontractors, quality, safety, and project delivery. Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily operations on construction sites to ensure project schedules and budgets are met.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and enforcing safety standards on-site.
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Resolving any issues or delays that arise during construction projects.
• Preparing and submitting progress reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborating with project managers to develop and update project timelines.
• Maintaining effective communication with all parties involved in the construction process.
