Superintendent - Impactful Commercial & K‑12 Builds
This role oversees day‑to‑day operations on commercial and K‑12 construction projects across the DC Metro area, managing schedules, subcontractors, quality, safety, and project delivery. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of superintendent experience with a GC, strong Procore/Bluebeam skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with owners and project teams while supporting a steady pipeline of upcoming work.

Description
The Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily operations on construction sites to ensure project schedules and budgets are met.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and enforcing safety standards on-site.
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications.
- Resolving any issues or delays that arise during construction projects.
- Preparing and submitting progress reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with project managers to develop and update project timelines.
- Maintaining effective communication with all parties involved in the construction process.
