Project Manager (Custom Homes Construction)
Lead high-end residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role suits an experienced PM who values quality, client relationships, and full project ownership.
Client Details
Our client is a well-established residential builder with a 30‑year track record delivering luxury single-family homes. The team is lean, collaborative, and focused exclusively on complex, design‑driven custom builds in South Florida.
Description
* Manage luxury single-family home projects from start to finish
* Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
* Coordinate architects, designers, inspectors, and owners
* Ensure work meets quality, safety, and contractual standards
* Provide clear reporting on cost, schedule, and risk
Profile
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction
* Proven background delivering high-end custom homes
* Strong knowledge of local building codes and inspections
* Confident communicator with clients and trade partners
* Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
Job Offer
$100,000-$150,000 base salary plus bonus potential
* Performance bonus tied to projects and annual results
