National Key Account Manager
The National Key Account Manager will spearhead bulk sales initiatives, focusing on building and maintaining strong B2B and B2C relationships within the industrial retail and foodservice sectors. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction through strategic account management.

The hiring organization is a mid-sized company operating within the food industry They specialize in olive oil, condiments and other center store products providing innovative solutions and services to their clients, ensuring high-quality experiences and long-term partnerships.
Description
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business across industrial and bulk accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and propose tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Profile
A successful National Key Account Manager should have:
- Strong experience in account management and sales, particularly within the Food industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster client relationships and close deals.
- Proven track record of winning new business across industrial, bulk, retail and foodservice accounts regionally and nationally.
- A results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
