Description
Superintendent - Renovation Work - Falmouth, MA
- The Superintendent will lead the day to day operations on a hotel guest room renovation in Falmouth, MA
- Manage on-site construction team, subcontractors, and trades, ensuring work is carries out according to plans and schedules
- Supervise construction projects, particularly within the hospitality sector
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Act as primary point of contact on site, resolving issues.
Profile

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- A strong track record in the commercial, hospitality or multifamily space
- Familiarity with Procore
- Must have MA CSL & can provide license number & expiration date
- Commutable to Falmouth, MA
Job Offer
Superintendent - Renovation Work - Falmouth, MA
- $90,000 - $130,000 base salary
- Monthly car allowance $500 / month
