Description

• Manage all phases of assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Lead field operations, subcontractor management, schedules, budgets, and quality control.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.

• Conduct site walks, coordinate with architects and engineers, and drive problem-solving on site.

• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and at the high standards expected in the NYC market.

Profile

You're a true Project Manager - a builder who understands the rhythm and demands of New York City interiors work. You have at least 5 years of experience managing commercial fit-outs, from kickoff to closeout. You pride yourself on being detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure. You know how to drive a schedule, hold teams accountable, and keep clients happy - and you're ready to grow with a company that recognizes leadership, not just seniority.
