Senior Accountant

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance team in the Property industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and general accounting tasks.

Description

• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with all internal controls and financial policies.
• Support with external auditing processes.
• Assist in special projects as assigned.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Strong ERP reporting skills, financial analysis, and adaptability are essential.
• This role requires effective cross-functional collaboration and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Profile

A successful 'Senior Accountant' should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong ERP reporting skills, financial analysis, and adaptability are essential.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytic skills and attention to detail.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
