Description

The Multifamily Project Manager will be expected to:

• Lead and manage multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and vendors, to maintain project alignment.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to meet organizational goals.
• Identify and resolve potential risks or issues to maintain project progress.
• Prepare and present progress reports to key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards.
• Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Profile

A successful Multifamily Project Manager should have:

• A college degree in engineering.
• 3+ years of multifamily project experience.
• A strong understanding of multifamily construction processes and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
