Multifamily Project Manager Denver
This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish. The Multifamily Project Manager will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
The Multifamily Project Manager will be expected to:
- Lead and manage multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and vendors, to maintain project alignment.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to meet organizational goals.
- Identify and resolve potential risks or issues to maintain project progress.
- Prepare and present progress reports to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards.
- Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Profile
A successful Multifamily Project Manager should have:
- A college degree in engineering.
- 3+ years of multifamily project experience.
- A strong understanding of multifamily construction processes and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
