Practice Innovation Attorney - Asset Management
This role drives the adoption and implementation of advanced legal technology and AI tools within the asset management practice. It focuses on improving attorney workflows and supporting private funds and registered funds groups.

Description
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance the delivery of legal services in the Asset Management department.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology adoption.
- Provide guidance on best practices and strategies to improve operational efficiency within the legal team.
- Research and evaluate emerging legal technologies relevant to asset management and professional services.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective adoption of new tools and processes.
- Support the development of knowledge management resources to improve access to information and streamline workflows.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive firm-wide innovation initiatives.

Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of asset management practices and relevant legal frameworks.
- Experience with legal technology and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on delivering client-centered solutions.
