We're partnered with a vertically integrated real estate development and construction management firm with over 75 years of experience. With a growing pipeline across Southern Maine, New Hampshire, and Northern Massachusetts-including a new 204‑unit project entering preconstruction-they're hiring an Assistant Superintendent with multifamily experience.
Client Details
Our client is a third‑generation, family‑owned real estate development and construction management firm with 60+ employees. Their vertically integrated model spans development, construction management, civil construction, and property management.
They specialize in ground‑up multifamily and mixed‑use projects ranging from 25 to 300+ units, with a portfolio that includes luxury apartments, value‑add repositioning, and large mixed‑use campuses.

Description
This Assistant Superintendent will be assigned to a marquee project:
📌 204-Unit Ground-Up Multifamily Development - Westbrook, ME
- 23‑month project.
- Includes amenity spaces and large-scale residential infrastructure.
- Currently in the preconstruction phase-ideal time for onboarding.
You will:
- Support the on-site Superintendent to drive daily field operations.
- Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics.
- Oversee safety protocols, site inspections, and documentation.
- Review drawings, track progress, and support quality control efforts.
- Use Procore and Bluebeam for field documentation, RFIs, and reporting.
- Participate in owner, subcontractor, and internal coordination meetings.
- Engage in punch list management and turnover preparation.
- Represent the company onsite as part of a high-performing project team.

A successful Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily should have:

Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $95,000 annually.
