Description

Oversee the full execution of large-scale data center projects from groundbreaking to closeout across multiple U.S. locations. Manage site operations, lead field teams and subcontractors, and drive performance across safety, quality, and schedule metrics. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain progress and solve challenges proactively. Ensure compliance with construction documents, enforce jobsite standards, and provide leadership that inspires accountability and excellence across the board.

Profile

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of field leadership experience on large commercial or mission-critical projects, with at least 3+ years in a General Superintendent capacity. You excel in managing large teams across multiple trades, maintaining a safe and efficient jobsite, and meeting aggressive schedules under pressure. Experience with data centers or other high-spec technical builds is highly desirable. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, as is the willingness to travel and remain onsite for extended durations.
