Controller
The Controller will oversee and manage all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting strategic decision-making. This role is crucial for driving financial efficiency and fostering growth within the industrial/manufacturing industry.

Description
- Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Profile
A successful Controller should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
