Owners Project Manager - Construction - Raleigh NC
Owner's Representative role focused on guiding complex projects through a fully integrated, highly collaborative delivery model. This position sits at the center of design, construction, cost, schedule, and performance objectives from early concept through completion.

Provide overall leadership to ensure full alignment of design and construction efforts, driving cohesive project performance and successful delivery from early planning through completion.
Define and clearly communicate project vision, scope, priorities, and success criteria, aligning owners, designers, and trade partners around shared objectives and measurable outcomes.
Lead integrated planning processes that balance cost, schedule, design intent, constructability, and operational goals, ensuring decisions support both project feasibility and long-term value.
Facilitate high-performing collaboration across architects, engineers, consultants, trade partners, and internal teams, removing barriers, resolving issues early, and promoting seamless coordination.
