Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial - Boylston, MA
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years in the commercial construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up construction and be comfortable managing projects from start to finish. This role provides the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial, manufacturing, multifamily, automotive, and industrial projects.

Description
Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial - Boylston, MA - Responsibilities
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with the Estimating team and clients during the planning stages.
- Oversee the daily operations on-site, coordinating with superintendents and subcontractors.
- Utilize project management software (Procore, MS Suite) to track progress, budget, and schedules.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the leadership team, ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring consistent quality and safety standards.

Job Offer
Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial - Boylston, MA - Will receive
- Up to $150,000 based on experience
