Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years in the commercial construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up construction and be comfortable managing projects from start to finish. This role provides the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial, manufacturing, multifamily, automotive, and industrial projects.

Description

Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial - Boylston, MA - Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with the Estimating team and clients during the planning stages.
  • Oversee the daily operations on-site, coordinating with superintendents and subcontractors.
  • Utilize project management software (Procore, MS Suite) to track progress, budget, and schedules.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the leadership team, ensuring alignment on project goals.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring consistent quality and safety standards.

Profile

Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial - Boylston, MA - Will have

  • 10+ years in commercial construction with a proven track record of managing ground-up projects.
  • Strong experience in managing large-scale, ground-up construction projects; familiarity with multifamily, commercial, and industrial sectors is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and handle multiple stakeholders.
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.

Job Offer

Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial - Boylston, MA - Will receive

  • Up to $150,000 based on experience
