Description

• Lead and manage interior construction projects from pre-construction through completion.

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.

• Review plans, schedules, and contracts; manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch lists.

• Oversee site operations and ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are met.

• Drive progress meetings, reporting, and budget tracking in collaboration with senior leadership.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally with interior or fit-out projects.

• Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software (Procore, MS Project), and budgeting.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
