Project Manager, Interiors
Join a leading General Contractor known for transforming interior spaces across South Florida. We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead high-end interior build-outs for commercial and residential projects.

Our client is a nationally recognized General Contractor with a strong presence in South Florida. With decades of experience, they specialize in high-end interior renovations, tenant improvements, and commercial build-outs across sectors including hospitality, retail, and corporate offices. Known for their quality, speed, and collaborative approach, they have earned the trust of top developers, architects, and designers.
Description
Lead and manage interior construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
Review plans, schedules, and contracts; manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch lists.
Oversee site operations and ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are met.
Drive progress meetings, reporting, and budget tracking in collaboration with senior leadership.
Profile
5+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally with interior or fit-out projects.
Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software (Procore, MS Project), and budgeting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
