Manager of Institutional Giving
As the Manager of Institutional Giving, you will be responsible for fundraising efforts, focusing on securing and managing institutional funding opportunities, and grant writing and proposals. This role requires expertise in building relationships with donors and crafting compelling proposals to support organizational goals. The role will be Contract to Hire & applicants should be immediately available.

- Develop and implement strategies to secure institutional funding from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders to support fundraising goals.
- Research and identify potential funding opportunities that align with organizational priorities.
- Prepare and submit high-quality grant proposals, reports, and other supporting documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of funding initiatives to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data and insights for proposals and reports.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in institutional giving and fundraising within the business services industry.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.

Profile
- Proven experience in grant writing and donor relations within the public sector or not-for-profit environments.
- Strong understanding of institutional fundraising strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with research and data analysis to support funding applications.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday located in Midtown.
