Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain project schedules and communicate progress with project managers.
• Conduct daily site inspections and quality control checks.
• Resolve field issues and proactively manage risks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and inspectors to ensure smooth execution.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in multi-family or residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction methods.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and construction crews effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred.
